The Leading with Hope Award honors women whose compassionate, resilient leadership inspires others and drives lasting impact. Nominees must be nominated by others. Presented April 8, 2026.
Nominees must be:
16+ years old, a woman residing in Southern California (Orange County or Los Angeles County)
Individuals with a record of service within their workplace, nonprofit, or community initiative.
Willing to step into leadership even when unexpected.
Inspirational to others through their story, actions, and commitment.
Cannot nominate themselves; nominations must come from colleagues, peers, or community members who can speak to their leadership and impact.

The Women in Leadership Forum, hosted annually by Giving Children Hope, brings together purpose-driven women shaping their communities, careers, and families. More than a luncheon, it’s a space to connect, share stories, discover mentors, and inspire one another across generations and industries — celebrating the power of women lifting each other up.
The next Forum takes place April 8, 2026, from 10:30 AM to 1 PM at the Delhi Center in Santa Ana, with sponsorship and tickets available soon.
