Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Giving Children Hope!

Our volunteer hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am-12pm and 12:30pm-4pm.

Before you schedule a time to volunteer, please try to attend one of our orientations. Our orientations are only an hour in length and they take place at our main address every first Wednesday of the month at 3:00 pm. This is a good time for you to:

1.  Complete a Volunteer Application.
2.  Learn more about the history of Giving Children Hope and how YOU can make a difference.
3.  Meet other volunteers.
4.  Receive a tour of our 43,000 square foot facility.
5.  Discuss your schedule and set up your first volunteer appointment.

You must RSVP with our volunteer coordinator before you attend an orientation. You can either email or you can call 714.523.4454.

Due to recent changes in our volunteer program, we are currently not accepting any elementary, junior high, or high school student volunteers. If you’d like to volunteer as a school or church youth group, please contact [email protected]

Help Giving Children Hope Serve Vulnerable Children in Need! Check out our Ongoing Volunteer Opportunities.

Throughout the year, we have several special projects that need volunteer support. Please see our Seasonal Volunteer Opportunities.

Other Ways to Get Involved

We know that our volunteers are extremely busy and can’t always find time to make it to Giving Children Hope headquarters. In addition, we know that many of you have specific skills that you would like to put to good use for a cause. Please check out these other opportunities and let us know how you would like to help out:
