Help us collect toys for 1,500 children in our We’ve Got Your Back program this season.

Donations of gift-wrapping paper, tape, and ribbon are also welcome to support this effort.

How to Host a Toy Drive

Toy Drive Tips

  • Set your dates: We recommend ending your drive by December 14.

  • Create a collection area: Make it easy for your community to know where and when to donate.

  • Plan your delivery: When possible, please drop off donations at Giving Children Hope. Our team is small and we have one truck, so every drop-off makes a big difference!

  • Donate by December 14: Gifts received after this date may be saved for the following holiday season. We wrap and distribute gifts to students at 50+ schools before winter break, and each school has a different holiday schedule.

  • Spread the word: Follow Giving Children Hope on social media and tag us in your toy drive posts so we can celebrate and share your impact with our community! @GivingChildrenHope

  • Holiday closure: Our offices will be closed Monday, December 21, for the holiday.

  • Action figures (Marvel Superheroes)

  • Minecraft (anything)

  • Anime (Funko pops + books)

  • Dolls

  • Remote control cars

  • Makeup Kits

  • Other items that look engaging and fun! 😊

Note: This is often a singular gift that a child will receive, so something that offers lots of repeat fun is ideal.
